04 January 2024 The Lucky Foundation board re-elects directors and appoints new members

AUSTIN, Texas (January 04, 2024)— The Lucky Foundation, a U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to honoring the fallen, empowering communities, and preserving the legacy of service, announced the re-election of two previously appointed directors, and the election of a replacement board member.

The board’s newest elected member will serve two-year terms - Dr. Sharada Iyer as Board Chairperson transitioning from Chief Administrative Officer. The re-elected directors, serving another two-year term, include Collin Wood Perdew as Board Vice Chairperson, and Brittany Gilmore as Chief Financial Officer. Prior Board Member, Kristina Manuel, will continue to serve as Founder, Chief Executive Officer.
