Board Recruitment Announcement

The Lucky Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit public benefit organization who is expanding as we continue through our development growth and our Volunteer Advisory Committee is seeking to create an eager and driven team of Leaders who want a hands-on experience to assist with implementing strategies to create a new nonprofit organization. The Lucky Foundation thrives to become a dynamic organization and needs the support and input of people with experience and insight.

The Lucky Foundation is governed by adventure enthusiasts who are driven towards sourcing scholarships to empower the youth of fallen United States Military and First Responders. More information on The Lucky Foundation is available at www.theluckyfoundation.com.

Our Leadership is actively involved in organizational governance, and are expected to attend monthly board meetings, participate in at least one board committee, support the development of an Advisory Board to begin fundraising activities, participate in those fundraisers, and manage at community partner relationships.

The advisory board needs a variety of skills, with a strong emphasis on board candidates with accounting, human resource, legal, grant writing/fundraising, corporate sponsorship, event-planning, media expertise, and marketing, as well as those connected to the local nonprofit agencies, foundations, organized labor, and cultural organizations.

If you, or someone like you, may be interested in joining our dynamic group of trailblazers - please feel free to reach out to our team. We have many more volunteer opportunities than we have formally posted with role descriptions actively available!
